Kri kriya's Terms & Conditions — Know before you use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the kri kriya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") website and related services. By using any kri kriya service, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between kri kriya and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using kri kriya's services.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Bengali with Bangladeshi users in mind. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To open an account on kri kriya, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and address.
• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You should never share your password with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

If false information is provided at registration, or if it is later found that the information was inaccurate, kri kriya reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

The following payment methods are currently available for deposits on kri kriya:

• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC — via designated channels)

Kri kriya does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — kri kriya is not responsible for those.

The following rules must be followed to withdraw funds from kri kriya:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kri kriya:

• Multiple Accounts: Each user may hold no more than one account.
• Bots & Automation: Betting through automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using kri kriya for illegal payments or money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud: Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Participation by Minors: Use of kri kriya by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

If a user is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, kri kriya reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity
• If KYC verification is not completed
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended periods of inactivity

Users may request to close their account at any time. If any bonus wagering requirements remain unmet at the time of closure, the associated bonus will be forfeited.
